Main Article Content
Abstract
This article analyzes the evolution and changes in the agricultural and non-agricultural occupations and incomes of a group of small farmers in the provinces of Chaco and Misiones, Argentina. Based on a survey carried out in 2000 and 2007, a typology of homes was constructed in which income sources was the main factor, making it possible to study income composition. One of the main findings is the increase in pluriactive homes. This trend is accompanied by an increase in income from property activity and the specialization of tasks.
